In \u201cBallonVille Public\u201d<\/strong>, discover the (im)possible and (in)conceivable activities! You could reach this area by the village \u201cSt-Julien-l\u00e8s-Gorze\u201d, to arrive at the car parks which go to the boulevard Antoine de Saint-Exup\u00e9ry.<\/span><\/p>\n

From the entrance on the side of Hangar Balloon, near the central Information Booth<\/strong>, the Village of Tourism<\/strong> presents the wealth of the region. You have to visit the A\u00e9romus\u00e9e Pil\u00e2tre de Rozier<\/a>, the history of the base and the one of ballooning, with its shop of “balloon” products (goodies, caps, t-shirts, sweatshirts and more) to the LMAB\u00ae<\/sup> effigy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Along the boulevard, we find the Village of Exhibitors<\/strong> (local producers, artisans and merchants). On the esplanade, the Leisure Area<\/strong> to spend good time. At the heart of BallonVille Public, the Entertainment Stage<\/strong>, with radio of the site “Good Morning Chambley”<\/strong>, allows every day to win balloon flights. Going on the boulevard, you could reach the “Air Workshops”<\/a> from astronomy to aerospace through aviation. Children can build little balloons, water rockets and learn the secrets of weather on the Weather Area<\/strong> with \u201cM\u00e9t\u00e9o Lor’\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cAir Lorraine\u201d<\/strong>, Astronomy Area<\/strong> with \u201cCIACANE<\/strong>\u201d, the Aerophoto<\/strong>, the Garden of the Wind<\/strong>, and the \u201cselfie\u201d stands<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Another point of attraction, the Village of Sport<\/strong> with the Regional Olympic Sports Committee<\/strong> (CROS) of Lorraine and the Directorate of Sports (of the Lorraine region), you can learn about athletics, duathlon (running and bike), climbing, roller skate, and handball.<\/span><\/p>\n

Among the six hangars (along the boulevard), the Interfederal Regional Committee of Air Sports<\/strong> (CRISA) offers an exhibition of flying machines in the Hangar Glider<\/strong>. The bravest people can enter “in the belly of a balloon<\/strong>” and follow the ballet of the remote-controlled model balloons with \u201cMini Ball Passion<\/strong>\u201d. Also find the museum of air photography<\/a> in the Hangar Helicopter<\/strong> and an exhibition of microlights in the Hangar Microlight<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The entertainment starts at 4 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. At 11 am on Wednesday (Children’s Day). And at 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.<\/span><\/strong> Each night, an evening<\/strong> is offered: astronomy<\/strong>, model balloons<\/strong> takeoffs, and the “Night Line<\/strong>” (swelling of balloons).<\/span><\/p>\n

A lot of reasons to come at Lorraine Mondial Air Ballons\u00ae<\/sup> 2015<\/strong>, this exceptional event, on Chambley Planet’Air. And don\u2019t forget entrance and parking are offered by the Regional Council of Lorraine and the partners!<\/span><\/p>\n
