Apr\u00e8s l\u2019obligation de transformer les bonnes vieilles VHF qui doivent d\u00e9sormais r\u00e9pondre aux nouvelles contraintes, voici venu le temps de l\u2019harmonisation europ\u00e9enne des licences de pilotes de montgolfi\u00e8res et autres surprises r\u00e9glementaires.<br \/>\nEntre le 8 avril 2020 et le 8 avril 2021, tout le monde doit avoir op\u00e9r\u00e9 la conversion. Au fait qu\u2019en sera-t-il des Britanniques ?<br \/>\nMais au del\u00e0 de cette conversion, les programmes de formation, d\u2019obtention de comp\u00e9tences (qualification d\u2019instructeur par exemple), le transport de passagers (payant ou non ainsi que la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019emport des ballons), le statut commercial ou priv\u00e9, la maintenance, l\u2019entretien, la r\u00e9paration et la construction, tout sera d\u00e9finitivement harmonis\u00e9. Avec un \u201cstample \u201cEASA\u201d europ\u00e9en.<\/h6>\n<h6><b>Une renaissance dans les ann\u00e9es 1960<\/b><\/h6>\n<h6>Un grand bouleversement qui en inqui\u00e8te plus d\u2019un, habitu\u00e9s que nous \u00e9tions \u00e0 une grande tol\u00e9rance. Dans les ann\u00e9es 1990, la discipline conna\u00eet sa plus grande progression.<\/h6>\n<h6>Aujourd\u2019hui plus de 12.000 pilotes dans le monde pratiquent la montgolfi\u00e8re pour moins de 300 pilotes qualifi\u00e9s en ballons \u00e0 gaz et moins d\u2019une cinquantaine en rozi\u00e8re et en dirigeable.<br \/>\nLes ballons sont donc des a\u00e9ronefs de la cat\u00e9gorie des a\u00e9rostats (\u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence des a\u00e9rodynes munis d\u2019un moteur). Immatricul\u00e9s et r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9s par les autorit\u00e9s nationales de l\u2019aviation civile, ils devront dor\u00e9navant se soumettre \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne EASA, tr\u00e8s proche de celle am\u00e9ricaine (FAA).
