Ces deux avions mythiques resteront \u00e0 jamais dans la m\u00e9moire glorieuse de l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique fran\u00e7aise et mondiale. On croyait pourtant depuis la pand\u00e9mie que le sort de l\u2019A380 \u00e9tait r\u00e9gl\u00e9 et qu\u2019\u00e0 terme les quelque 254 avions fabriqu\u00e9s et livr\u00e9s rejoindraient les ateliers de d\u00e9molition ou au mieux le stockage provisoire dans les d\u00e9serts. Pendant les deux ans de la pand\u00e9mie, les compagnies et les a\u00e9roports ont fortement d\u00e9graiss\u00e9 leurs personnels, imaginant que peu de personnes reprendraient le chemin des airs. Vue \u00e9conomique \u00e0 courte vue puisque imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l\u2019approche des vacances 2022, les r\u00e9servations se sont faites nombreuses sur la plan\u00e8te. Mais manque de pilote, manque de maintenance, manque de personnels dans les a\u00e9roports et c\u2019est la catastrophe. L\u2019aviation annule des vols par dizaines de milliers. La compagnie Emirates, propri\u00e9taire de 120 A380 a donc remis en vol 70 exemplaires, suivie par d\u2019autres compagnies internationales. En effet, en cette p\u00e9riode de p\u00e9nurie, pouvoir faire voler en m\u00eame temps quelque 800 passagers (malgr\u00e9 le co\u00fbt du carburant) permet de sauver la situation. On parlera plus tard des contingences environnementales. Et l\u2019avenir nous dira s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une solution provisoire ou d\u2019une remise en question de l\u2019utilit\u00e9 de ce merveilleux appareil qu\u2019est le Super Jumbo A380.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7 <strong>The return of the super Jumbo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once there was Concorde, now there is the A380. These two mythical aircraft will remain forever in the glorious memory of French and world aeronautics. However, since the pandemic, it was believed that the fate of the A380 had been settled and that the 254 or so aircraft manufactured and delivered would eventually be scrapped or, at best, put into temporary storage in the desert. During the two years of the pandemic, airlines and airports heavily de-fattened their staff, imagining that few people would fly again. This was a short-sighted economic view, since immediately before the 2022 vacations, reservations were numerous all over the world. But lack of pilots, lack of maintenance, lack of staff in the airports and it is a catastrophe. The aviation industry is canceling flights by the tens of thousands. Emirates, owner of 120 A380s, has put 70 of them back in the air, followed by other international airlines. Indeed, in this period of shortage, being able to fly at the same time some 800 passengers (despite the cost of fuel) saves the situation. We will talk later about the environmental contingencies.
