La nouvelle r\u00e9glementation sur les manifestations a\u00e9riennes qui sont d\u00e9sormais appel\u00e9es spectacles a\u00e9riens n\u2019\u00e9chappe pas \u00e0 ce renforcement des contraintes. Le plus grand probl\u00e8me est que cette \u00e9volution, si elle peut apporter parfois plus de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ne tient pas compte des diff\u00e9rents a\u00e9ronefs. En effet rassembler 500 montgolfi\u00e8res sur un site avec deux vols quotidiens, n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec un meeting a\u00e9rien qui r\u00e9unit des avions de chasse, des avions, des Ulm. La FSA (France Spectacle A\u00e9rien) qui r\u00e9unit une grande partie des acteurs des spectacles a\u00e9riens, travaille en permanence avec la DGAC et l\u2019EASA afin de partager les REX (retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience) des organisateurs pour faire \u00e9voluer cette r\u00e9glementation. Esp\u00e9rons qu\u2019en 2023, l\u2019administration prendra conscience de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la faire \u00e9voluer le plus rapidement possible. Il en va de l\u2019avenir des spectacles a\u00e9riens.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7 <strong>Regulatory changes penalize events<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The more the years go by, the more the regulations are reinforced. The new regulations on air events, which are now called air shows, do not escape this strengthening of constraints. The biggest problem is that this evolution, if it can sometimes bring more security, does not take into account the different aircraft. Indeed, gathering 500 hot-air balloons on a site with two daily flights, has nothing to do with an airshow which gathers fighter planes, airplanes, Ulm. The FSA (France Spectacle A\u00e9rien) which gathers a large part of the air show actors, works permanently with the DGAC and the EASA in order to share the REX (feedback) of the organizers to make this regulation evolve. Let&rsquo;s hope that in 2023, the administration will become aware of the necessity to make it evolve as soon as possible.
