The big news is the 45-minute film
We are not going to introduce you to the “entrails” of #GEMAB19. But rather the backside of the set, these hundreds of little hands that work every two years for 240 hours (and often more, before and after the event). Volunteers, trainees, employees, temporary workers, subcontractors, in short, nearly 450 people who courageously toil behind the scenes to ensure that the party we are proposing is a success. The association “Les Portes du Ciel” (Gates of Heaven), which has brought together more than 800 people since 1983, is the permanent breeding ground for these skills required for the more than one hundred different functions to be performed. It was difficult to give them all a voice, but the work carried out by Florian Braure, former trainee of Pilâtre de Rozier Organisation, now specialising in shooting with his company “Vidéo Pills”, perfectly exuded the intense atmosphere. We are therefore happy to share these moments of passion with you.
