With 200 days left, what do we do?
When the counter announces “200 days left” from the opening of #GEMAB21, we start looking at the retroplanning to know if we are not too late. Soon it will be necessary to make inventories of the material (beds, tables, signs, pipes, markers…). In short, all the logistics that will be necessary must be reviewed and sometimes be subject to some revisions. We open the desk for volunteers who will join the permanent team. 200 people coming from about ten nations who are preferably bilingual (French/English). The first subcontractors are confirmed and calls for tenders are launched. In short all this invisible work for those who will come to join us from July 23rd to August 1st. Hoping that the pandemic will leave us off the hook.
