2021 was last year, 2023 will be next year
Since 1989, the life of the GEMAB organizers has been like clockwork. On the first of January of an even-numbered year, we say that the previous GEMAB was last year and that the next one will be next year. Indeed 2022 will be a year without a Mondial but with balloons on the Chambley airfield and all over the world. We hope that the virus will not prevent the big gatherings. Unfortunately the year 2022 starts with the cancellation of Château d’Oex (Switzerland) postponed to 2023. Let’s hope that it will be the only one. For the time being, we are preparing the 2023 edition, which will be the 18th since 1989.
