For many editions, the organizers of the GEMAB have set up about fifty activities on the ground and in the air between the morning and evening flights. Even if it is the massive hot-air balloon take-offs that are the most sought-after events, being able to access aeronautical activities all day long, with the complicity of the actors of the Chambley airfield, is a real “blessing”. From the visit of the Aeromusée, the entry in a hot-air balloon, the discovery of mini balloon, the possibility of putting oneself at the controls of an Ulm, glider or hot-air balloon simulator and many other animations, conferences and workshops, is a chance that can only be found on the GEMAB. Ten days of total immersion in the world of the air, it is every two years.
