Even if the preparation of an event such as GEMAB starts almost 20 months beforehand, the last months are always tense. All the plans that have been drawn, all the ideas that have been formulated, all the new things that are going to be born, must find their place in this immense puzzle that will soon be developed on the 250 hectares. We will have to combine the obligations of a large-scale air show with the texts that govern the airspace and the ground. We will have to train the people who will occupy these functions, and regulate the ballet of the hundred or so semi-trailers that will bring the equipment. In short, as we say in the business: we are finally undertaking preparatory technical work.
