#GEMAB21 Ambassadors: Inga Ūle – Latvia 🇱🇻
I am a hot air balloon pilot for 13 years and have more than 900 hours of flight experience. I have flown in 22 countries – Latvia, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, France, Italia, Austria, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Russia, German, Rumania, Italy, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Belorussia, Thailand, Croatia, USA, Switzerland. My biggest record is to have crossed the Alps in winter 6x the altitude ! (~5000-6000m)
I know the Grand Est Mondial Air Ballons for 10 years ! I come back every two years because I love to see all these balloons together in the sky, all this joy and many friends together. I feel blessed and excited around all these balloons. A lot of communication and smiles.
My favorite moment in Chambley is the feeling when the Great Line is taking off. During the GEMAB, I took the opportunity to visit Metz, Luxembourg, castles of Lorraine, villages and a lot of sunflowers ! If you are a hot air balloon pilot and have never been in Chambley, it’s the same as if you were a woman and never used red lipstick and black little dress 🙂
An anecdote about GEMAB ? Last edition, I danced with Philippe Buron Pilâtre on the dancefloor!
