I am a hot air balloon pilot since 1998. I have 1001 hours of flight experience and had the chance to fly across Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Myanmar and Iceland.
My best record in balloon is to have flown 240 km, with an altitude of 6200m!
I come to Grand Est Mondial Air Ballons since 1999 ! It became a tradition and we made a lot of friends here. In Chambley, I like the landscape and the history of this area.
My favorite moments are all mass ascent in a misty morning.I feel at home with all my friends from all over the world.
It is a must for every balloon pilot at least once in a lifetime but better every two years đ
My anecdote about GEMAB : The guard at the Montsec monument told me that it is forbidden to fly with a drone over the monument. I overflew it one day later at 50 meters with the balloonâŠ
