Task Force and workshop
Under these English-sounding names are hidden two important meetings set up by Pilâtre de Rozier Organisation. The task force is made up of about thirty volunteers, responsible for a team on the Mondial. Some of them already have several decades of experience, others are going to realize their 2nd edition. Alongside the permanent team, they receive a series of information that they must then pass on to the 170 or so other volunteers who only join the event at the start. They meet regularly to work in depth on the dossiers.
As for the workshops, of which there are three this year, the aim is to bring together partners (old and new) to explain to them how to use #GEMAB21 (reception, communication, promotion). This is an opportunity for them to meet each other and to forge some links.
