The 50th Congress of the Balloon Federation of America will be held in two weeks in Des Moines (Indiana – USA). An institution in the aerostatic landscape with the famous Colonel Joe Kittinger as guest of honor. He has so many balloon world records. It will be from April 7^th to 10^th, 2011.
