They are between 16 and 80 years old. They are American, American Indian, Belgian, German, Moroccan, Tunisian, Algerian, English, French, Polish, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Since 1983, more than a thousand of them have joined the team, which today is called “Les Portes du Ciel”. Some of them are unfortunately no longer with us and are missing. Many of them have discovered a profession, friends, or even a love, while they were on an internship, on vacation, in a scout troop or simply came by passion, by the desire to discover an international event. Many of them went on to further their studies, founded families and returned once their children were raised (sometimes with their children). It is a beautiful tribe of 150 to 200 people at each edition who hold a function in the organization of the GEMAB.
