Twice a day, at dawn and at the end of the day, the pilots are invited to the general briefing. It is compulsory and the pilots must even deposit a ballot in the ballot box to attest their presence. There they are given all the information about the local weather, the wind speeds according to the altitude (generally up to 2000 meters), they are told about the safety instructions, the respect of the agricultural world, the behavior to be followed on the take-off area and on the roads. There is also the phase beforehand when in French and in English we talk about the program of the day and the various festivities to which they are invited. It is a privileged moment where everyone can meet and discuss with the fifteen or so exhibitors (manufacturers, dealers, insurance companies and others).
