The AéroMusée reopened its doors!

16 Jul 2020

The Pilâtre de Rozier AéroMusée reopened its doors on June 15th. You can discover all the history of hot-air ballooning from 1783 to the present day, but also the history of Chambley Air Base during the American era (from 1954 to 1967). Let’s enjoy the new activity: flying in virtual reality aboard a real hot-air balloon gondola. A breathtaking spectacle that puts you at the controls of a hot-air bubble in the middle of hundreds of other balloons.

An area is dedicated to children.

Open to public every day. On weekdays from 09:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 01:30 pm to 04:30 pm and on weekends from 03:00 pm to 06:00 pm.

The Pilâtre de Rozier International School of Aerostation has relaunched a new course of theoretical and practical training to become a hot air balloon pilot. Four students are currently in training.
