Activity is recovering after Covid19 on Chambley aerodrome

8 Jun 2020

Some good news at the beginning of June. Alternating rain and sunshine, but we are all in good spirits. For more than a fortnight, plane, ulm, glider and hot-air balloon have been up in the air again. Not yet the possibility to carry passengers without masks, but the activity resumes with force.

We already released the dates of the 17th edition of the Grand Est Mondial Air Ballons #GEMAB21 which will take place on Chambley aerodrome from Friday July 23rd to Sunday August 1st 2021.

The AeroMusée and its flagship attraction “virtual reality balloon flight” will reopen its doors on Monday, June 15, 2020.

Safety instructions imposed in schools do not yet allow us to welcome the hundreds of children who normally flock to our premises for air workshops, we hope that the situation will clear up in order to receive the holiday centers during July and August.
With its car circuit, its walking trails and the many air activities, the Chambley aerodrome (LFJY) remains a tourist destination, especially on weekends.
We look forward to seeing you!
