La mĂ©tĂ©o a Ă©tĂ© de la partie. AprĂšs quatre ans dâinterruption (lâĂ©dition 2021 a Ă©tĂ© annulĂ©e en raison de la pandĂ©mie), le Salon du Bourget, le plus important au monde, a repris des couleurs. MĂȘme si les constructeurs font un peu profil bas en cette pĂ©riode dâaviation bashing. Seuls Airbus, Safran et Boeing Ă©voquent leurs bons rĂ©sultats. Pourtant il a Ă©tĂ© beaucoup question de transformation Ă©cologique de lâaviation, de nouveaux carburants, dâavions plus lĂ©gers, de moteurs moins consommateurs dâĂ©nergie. A lâheure du bilan, les professionnels semblent trĂšs satisfaits, mĂȘme sâil y a toujours une forte pĂ©nurie dans le recrutement des personnels alors que la demande est forte. Les plus heureux sont sans doute les visiteurs qui ont pu assister Ă des exhibitions aĂ©riennes de trĂšs haute tenue. Comme quoi lâaviation fascine toujours petits et grands.

The weather cooperated. After a four-year hiatus (the 2021 edition was cancelled due to the pandemic), the Paris Air Show, the world’s largest, is back on track. Even if manufacturers are keeping a low profile in this period of aviation bashing. Only Airbus, Safran and Boeing are reporting good results. Yet there was much talk of the ecological transformation of aviation, of new fuels, lighter aircraft and more energy-efficient engines. When it comes to taking stock, the professionals seem very satisfied, even if there is still a severe shortage of personnel to fill the huge demand. The happiest of all were undoubtedly the visitors, who were able to witness some outstanding aerial displays. Proof that aviation continues to fascinate young and old alike.
